Rebulet June 18, 1948, requesting that an agent of this office
contact a ranicing official of the YWCA at Warren, Ohio regarding
the item in the May 16, 1948 issue of The Worker, which indicated
that the Bureau was responsible for the discharge of a YWOA
worker at Warren, Ohio,

warren, Ohio had received numerous complaints from labor, manage-
ment, public officials at Warren icials of the YWCA at
Warren because of the fact that Was taking an
active part at Warren in the "Wallace for President" local com
mittee at Warren, Ohio. dvised that because of these \7C_
numerous complaints she discussed this matter with

was informed that there is absolutely no basis for the
Statement appearing in the May 16, 1948 issue of The Worker.
