This letter will confirm information conveyed in xeferenced telephone call. oer Royal Globe Insurance Compan New York, New York, telephone received inquiries from and AL HOLLAND concerning a possible reward for the return of the Norjak ransom money. furnished this information to the New York Office of the FBI and the Seattle Office of the FBI. She was advised that in the future, she should provide information to New York, who would set out appropriate leads or forward the information to the Seattle Office, as this would represent a great deal of savings in money Since it is anticipated that Royal Globe will continue to receive inquiries about reward information. On May 4, 1977, [_Jeontactea the Seattle Office of the FBI and requested a status report concernin and HOLLAND. currently lives at rnia, represents a group interested in locating D. B. COOPER and the ransom money by using psychometry. Psychometry is'the supposed facility of devining knowledge about an object or about a erson connected with it through contact with the object. Co] was advised by the Seattle Office of the FBI that most of the information concerning this matter was confidential as the case is still pending; however, if he developed any information of value, he was to pass it on to the Sacramento Office of the FBI for processing.
