He had noticeably He stated that he has never been in the northeastern part of the United States, does. not parachute, has never been in the military, and is pratically indigent. He stated that he does odd jobs in the OsU area and that he does not drive an automobile. He stated that he has never flown in an airplane as an adult, as a pilot or passenger. He was observed to be approximately 6' tall, about 175 to 185 pounds. He did not appear to fit the description of the subject of this. investigation and from hig present mental state does not appear to have the capacity to have committed such a crime.
