Due to the voluminous nature of this case, a report was not prepared in that it was determined that the use of a memorandum would facilitate getting the appropriate information to the Agent personnel in Seattle. . It is felt this will satisfy the inspection require- ment requesting a summary report for internal use be prepared during the Seattle inspection of May 10 through 24, 1976.
