On August 25, 1976, sdf Royal Globe
Insurance Company, 150 William Street, New York City, was
’ sontactked at his place of employment. He furnished an anonymous
ietter which was received by Royal Giche Insurance on August 20,
1976, wherein the vriter alleges to know the identity of
BD. B. COOPER, hijacker of Northwest Aixlines Flight 305
on November 24, 1971. Abttached to the letter was a newspaper
slipping fron the January 26, 1975 edition of the Register~-
Guard, Iugene, Oregon.
