As part of the evidence to substantiate his claim, unsub reportedly made available xerox copies of a $20 bill which was reportedly part of the ransom money. The serial number on this bill was L51279635A, series 1969. It is noted that the serial number of the $20 bill used in the Seattle "Flag" article is identical with the $20 bill recently obtained from Secret Service, who in turn obtained it from a local Seattle service station. This $20 bill was passed by a white female who apparently did not know of the alteration that had been made to it.
