FILE REVIEW The serial by serial, subject by subject, file review was conducted. The Seattle file review commenced August 3, 1972, and has accomplished the following: {1.) An intensive investigation has been conducted of the Boeing personnel involved in the 727 air stairs tast.. {2.) A new color sketch has been made showing UNSUEBS complexion and age more accurately. (3.) Anformation conceming UNSUB and the NORJAK incident has been made available to hunters in the southwest portion of Washington State through the Washington State Department of Game Wardens. Although new evidence concerning: this case was not turned up, the remains of JAMES ANNIS were found as the direct result of this publicity. (he ) A reward of 15% of any ransom money returned btained through contact with of Northwest Orient Airlines. —_ {5.) Arrangements are being made to conduct an aerial surveillance of the NORJAK flight pattern, (see search area and course). {6.)
