marizing Norjak investigation in lieu of the present weekly
airtel. The monthly summary will include information to be
listed under the following seven headings:

Ransom Money
Suspects

Miscellaneous
The first airtel will reach the Bureau by January
10, 1973. Subsequent airtels to reach the Bureau the tenth
of the month.
