tigation. Lee teres advised that if it appears
is a reliable source, the exact location of the para—
chute, as well as where [was when he saw the parachute,
would be determined; and this information would be forwarded
telephonically to SA THOMAS J, MANHING in the Longview Resident
Agency. [stated if the information was of no
value, he wou report this fact to Seattle Division by
appropriate communication.

available to SA THOMAS J. MANNING, and ke advised that if it
would be necessary to charter an aircraft in order to Locate
instant parachute, he has a contact that he has used in the
past that would be available for lLow~flying aerial searches
as would be required in this instance,
