Re Bureau airtels to Kansas City, 5/19/72 and 5/22/72.
When interviewed on 5/9/72, USP-L inmate HOWARD
JAMES HUBBELL, number 84333-132, stated in substance what is
contained in his letter dated 5/9/72, to the Attorney General,
was correct in the identification of the subject and therefore,
he would be released from prison, He further stated that he
is getting old and does not want to die in prison and he knows
that since he has solved this notorious crime, he would be
immediately released.

being a "threat to society"; however, he is a "model inmate."
