Enclosed for Kansas City and Seattle are two
Xerox copies and two true copies of a self-explanatory letter
directed to the Attorney General from Howard J. Hubbell,
inmate number 84333-132, Leavenworth, Kansas.
Hubbell purports to know the identity of D. B. Cooper,
the unknown subject of this case.
Kansas City promptly contact Hubbell and obtain from
him information he has relative to captioned matter and the
identity of the unknown subject involved. Advise the Bureau
and Seattle the resulta of this interview,
