Investigation disclosed a hand and part of a torso of a body under debris at the bottom of a silo which was used to Sore water at the Grist Mill. & The body was not in the Silo accidentally, but appeared to have been put there. Clark County Sheriff's Office, U.S. Army and Bureau presently at the scene conducting active investigation to exhume body and identify.
