He felt that it was particularly peculiar that the hijacker had used the name D. B. COOPER and felt that the similar initials in the name JAMES D. Homi b iqnificant. He advised that Mr. BOOTH took during the period 7/16-30/71. e avised Mr. ailed €6 pass the drivers test on 7-30-71 and was to return a week_later to take another exam but did not appear. He stated his records reflect that BOOTH was born 12-1-27, was 6' tali, 180 pounds, straight black hair and a light complexion. He advised that Mr. BOOTH was unmarried, appeared to be younger than his age and gave an address of Box 489, Seattle, telephone MA. 2-4851, which is the Moore Hotel, Second and Virginia.
