FILE (164-81) | 4/11/72 SAC, SEATTLE NORJAK 4 On 4/10/72 I: talked to Mr. SCHUTZ at the Bureau. ‘X told \him of the likeness of RICHARD PLOYD McCOY to the artist's conception of the UNSUB in the captioned case. I advised him we were checking the flights from Portland to Salt Lake City and Portland to Seattle for two weeks prior to 11/24/71 to see if the UNSUB had made a similar pre-trial flight to that made by FLOYD McCO¥Y in the SALJAK case. t also advised him that we were having the photo~ graphs sent here so that we could display them to the wit~ nesses, and had arranged for the Minneapolis and Portland Offices to do the same thing. .
