Enclosures have been displayed to J.C. Perey Co., store personnel at Las Vegas, Nevada, and Portland, Oregon. All personel contacted uniformly agree that the ‘ tie, which bore the "Towncraft" label, exclusive with Penney’s, could not have been sold at any time im the . recent past. At Las Vegas, the most recent sales of such ties. were estimated at one and one-half years ago, and at Portland,three years ago. None of the persons contacted were able to offer any suggestions as to how the purdaser of the tie might possibly traced.
