They felt that it was a good powibility that this individual may have been an inatructér at the Survival School which was formerly at Sted Air Force Base near Reno, but this Air Porce Base has been deactivated and the Survival School was moved to Fairchild Air Force Base near Spokane. They based their beliefa on the fact that a Survival Inatructor would know this area like the "back of his hand" and thence would be able to make his way out of this area without too much trouble.
