Dr wou baid he feels that the hijacker is more apt to be found south of line A & B than north of the line and more apt to be in the western part of the possible area than in the eastern part. As a result of talking with | the writer drew arc's emanating from Oin own to a point on line G thru K. The arc's were extended along the lines A-B and down to the same aforementioned line G-K.
