COOPER and indicates that copies of that letter wore sent to the Nashington Post, the New York Timez and the Lom Angeles CS. ‘The writer of tha letter claims, among other things, that he is not a boasting man; that ha left no fingerprints, that he wore 2 toupee; and that he wore putty make-up.
