I checked DHV, Olympia, and found that the above license is issued to a Mercury Comet which belongs to the Pirst Northwestern Mortgage Co., Inc., P.O. Box 66558, Burien, Washington. In the absence of anything further to indicate that there is some significance to this, it does not appear any further investigation should be conducted.
