Such records were formerly submitted to the Bureau weekly and later monthly. . Inasmuch as the periodic reports to the Bureau reflected information which was recorded upon the permanent arrest record, it does not appear that copies of these periodic reports serve any purpose in the Field and they should bo destroyed.
