Honorable J. tdgar Hoover -
Federal Bureau of Investigation
9th and Pennsylvania Avenue
Washington, D. C. 20205
Dear Mr. Hoover: — :
Better than a third of the world has fallen to the communists
in the last three decades. At the present time the United States
is vulnerable to communist take-over,
oO Well informed patriotic American citizens know that the
Council on Foreign Relations with its elite membership of four-
teen hundred isthe invisi®Te government of the United States
that has controlled our foreign pdlicy along Leftist lines
through the past ten national administrations. Through tax ex-
empt foundations, they are free to support subversion in the
United States and other parts of the world.
As you know, a conspiracy cannot stand an investigation
that wili expose it. When exposed, it will crumble. It is my
humble opinion that a complete investigation by the F.B.I. of we
the Council on Foreign Relations will break the backbone of the #
communist conspiracy in the United States.
What can we do to help you carry out this investigation?
We will do everything in our power.
Sincerely,
ee ot
