(Supra, page 2-3) HARRY WACHTEL and LEVISON, on 3/9/69, discussed a statement WACHTEL was preparing for Subject to use @n. the event JAMES EARL RAY pleaded guilty. "The Atlanta Constitution’, on the front page of its 3/11/69 edition, published an article -, captioned "Widow Says It's Not Over", This article referred to the guilty plea by RAY and set forth Subject's comments which closely follow those previously dis- cussed by WACHTEL and LEVISON, (Atlanta letter, 7/3/69, page one) LEVISON, on 4/18/69, said he had been working with subject on her book ("My Life with Martin Luther King, Jr.") and had managed to include / in it some matters the publisher desired to keep out, two of which were the Vietnam war and KING, JR.'s attitude toward Black Nationalists and Black Militants. (Supra, page two) LEVISON, on 6/13/69, discussed with subject the contents of a letta from her to President NIXON regarding the Federal Government sponsering a MARTIN LUTHER KING, JR., Memorial Center. (Supra, page two) On 9/14/69, LEVISON provided subject a list of material which he said she should read in order to prepare herself for a forthcoming interview (not ; identified). (New York airtel and LHM, dated 9/17/69, captioned "Cominfil of SCLC;; IS + C",
