The October 28, 1941 issue of the "Review"
on page 13, preposes the question, "How will the revision
of the Neutrality Act aid the United States." She writes
as follows:
"The revision of the Neutrality Act is not
alone vital to guarantee aid to the Soviet Union and Great
Britain, but it is vital to the defense of Amatica."
Later she states, “Our country by popular
Will and determination is committed to the destruction of
Hitler. But the Neutrality Act remains a barrier to this
end."
