Approximately 2 weeks ago | a his office would
not go forward with captioned case and added he would provide a
letter at this time stating this decision. To date wr
not received this letter but it was confirmed by AUSA
again on January 11, 2005, that his office will not move forwar
on captioned case which in effect closes case and will no longer
be investigated.
