REBOZO described ESTRELLA as being rather shy,
in his fifties, and currently driving a Cadillac automobile.
REBOZO advised that ESTRELLA was in no way
connected with the present administration and that his
activities to form the Cuban government in exile were
his own and he has no connection with or sanction from
the present administration in Washington, D.C.
It is noted that on June 24, 1966, "El Mundo",
@ daily newspaper published in San Juan, Puerto Rico, er
carried an article wherein ESTRELIA ca e formed cel
a government in exile and named UEAPSTRELANG | 7/a. Pla ee6h. uf
as head of this provisional government.
STERLING interviewed on July 12, 1966, disclaimed
any knowledge of thia matter, No further action was taken
by ESTRELLA thereafter. At that time, ESTRELLA was living
at Vega Baja, Puerto Rico, and was working with a lumber
company in that city. He reportedly had been in Puerto.
