The Vice-President id fo cancel his holiday vacation here this year. I had looked forward to the possibility of, again, joining with you this year. My purpose in writing you at this time is to induce you, if possible, to be.our Guest of Honor at the Annual Awards ' Banquet for the y's Cluhs of Wiami.7@The banquet will be‘ held at a time to suit your convenience, either during the last week of March, or the first week of April. We prefer, of course, to hold the dinner just prior to, or during Boy's Club Week. Last year, Senator George Smathers of Florida was our Guest of Honor and presented the awards, and the year before, Vice- President Nixon honored us in like manner. There will be approximately four hundred boys and one hundred and fifty to. two hundred aduits in attendance. Your transportation from Washington, as well as accomodations here will, of course, . be taken care of by us.
