Investigative Division, accompanied by Departmental Attorney
Stephen M. Weglian anA Boh A. Ricks, Legal Counsel Division,
appeared at the offices of Williams and Connolly, 1000 Hill
HuLlding, N.W., Washington, 9.C., in response to a subnoena
