The envelope enclosing this letter bore a return address of "Pedro Rebczo, 137°33 79 Howard Beach, Gueens, N. ¥. City". PEDRO REEOZO stated that he did not -send thia letter nor did he have any idea who might have written the letter, PEDRO RELOZO then voluntarily wrote a duplicate of the letter in question in order that) his handwiriting could be compared with that of the writer.
