He advised that although he had no personal knowledge of DAWSON's drug use, it was generally believed in the Georgetown area as a result of DAWSON's conduct and his many associates who were drug users that he was to some degree an addict. He stated that DAWSON never exhibited any violence or violent behavior and was known to involve himself with many women.
