DETAILS:
On April 22, 26, 29, and 30, 1957, Assistant
United States Attorney RAY H, KINNISON was contacted with
respect to this matter. He stated that he would review
the file to determine whether prosecution was warranted.
On May 16, 1957, ROBERT ERICKSON, Criminal Docket
Clerk, Clerk of the United States District Court at Los
Angee oes California, advised that Criminal Docket Number
25887 indicates that the subject was indicted on May 1, 1957;
for one count of Escape from Federal Custody after Conviction,
and that a Bench Warrant had been issued.
