He is furthcr reported to have declared that the Communist Party would change its policy at any time it sees fit to defend the *w~, Worker and that prior to the entrance of Russia into the war, it was an imperialist one incited by capitalists, but that the capitalists made a mis-— take in inciting HITLER to attack the Soviet Union. He indicated that the Communist Party would change its policy every day, if necessary, in order to provide a policy that was consistently for the worker.
