NOTE: CRD, USDJ, advised that attorneys for the United
Fara Workers Union had filed suit on behalf of the
Union against lettuce growers and Teagssters Union In
USDC, SF, and further alleged discrimination on the basis
of race in the complaint of this suit. The Department
requested copies of all pleadings filed and a copy of the
Clerk's docket sheet.
