NOTE: The Department requested a limited investigation
concerning information by the Community Relations Service
officials that 25 teamsters assaulted the victims while
Sheriff's deputies stood by and allowed the assault.
This advises Sacramento that the Department has requested
additional limited investigation concerning this matter
