A Southern Group, Phoenix, Arizona, telephonically contacted the Phoenix Office of the FBI and advised as follows: ral A representative of Cesar Chavez's UFW union, who is leader of the UFW, had approached a National Park Service officer at the Organ Pipe National Park on the Arizona- Mexican border. This union representative stated that the union is currently concerned over the illegal influx of Mexican farm workers into Arizona. He stated the border in the San Luis-Yuma area has been "pretty much tightened up" and very few illegal entries are occurring in this area.
