On May 23, 1974, Assistant District Director “0° 0-2 HAROLD J. GRACE, Deportation and Parole Board, Immigration and Naturalization Service, was contacted at his offic Broadway, New York, New York, by Special Agent Sy GRACE advised that GAMBINO, whom he has under an Order -of Supervision has appeared at the above mentioned offices --on the first and third Wednesday of every month since April, — 1973. GRACE noted that the only exception to the above statement was in February, 1974, when GAMBINO requested and received permission to be absent in view of the death of his , brother.
