Siam stated that he and BURGESS left t Reform Club about 5:00 P.M. on May 25, 1951. He said that BURGESS had parked his car outside of the club. He noticed a sign on the windshield of the car indicating that it had been rented but he did not remember the name of the company. However, BURGESS told Medias that he had not rented the car but that it had been rented by a friend, who let him use it. S@Q@@MMRmdid not know whether this friend was the same e with whom BURGESS was going away over the weekend, a described this car as a small,brown, British made car, either a two or four door sedan. He remembered that BURGESS then drove him to a place where he could more easily get to the Green Park Hotel, where he was staying. Que declared that this was his last contact with BURGESS. He said he noticed no luggage in this car, but he did observe a blue Mackintosh type coat in the car. He said he did not believe that this coat belonged to BURGESS.
