The writer advised {iss the information which he possessed
concerning hoodlums and their backgrounds would be of great value to the Bureau »
if he were willing to furnish such information and advised that he was |
always willing to assist Bureau Agents but that there were certain conditions
and relationships with members of the widerworld which would not allow him to be
