accommodations. Mr. KIMBALL pointed out that under this arrangenent we are not
able to fully cover SIEGHL's activities, but the management said that if he
stays over the evening of September 5, 1916 they will place SIEGEL and his
party in other rooms which will permit us to ascertain their complete activities.
