At 10:40 a.m. on August 16, 1946 I spoke with Special agent
in Charge FLETCHER of the San Fraucis ffice and asked him to secure a
transcript of the hearing held befor in connection with the Flamingo p Xx
Hotel project. I also advised him that IJ would be in San Francisco on
Sunday evening and that he should have one of the agents working on this
matter secure an appointment with the Head of the C.P.4, in San Francisco
in order that I might interview him the first thing Monday morning.
