Reports from New Orleans dated November 22 indicate that a meetings of the Workers’ Ex-service Ments League was to be held November 23, and at that time final arrengements would be made for tronsvorting the so-called hunver marchers to ¥Vashington from New Orleans., It appears probable that these plans would include the arrival of a truck in New Orleans Seturday, Novenber 26, to pick up a munber of marchers there and two privately ovmed automobiles are to stsrt out from New Orleans with the truck on Sunday, November 27. Several children are to uccompuny the group. Saget Reports from California received November 23 & Es indicste that olans were changed and the San Francisco: colum was to proceed on November 14 to San Dieso; on November 15 to Yuma, Arizona; November 16, to Phoenix; November 17, from Phoenix to Lerdcburg, New Mexico, being joined at Lordsburg by divisions from Bisbee, Tuscon, snd Dousgles, Arizona; Novenber 18, Lordsburg to Socorro, New Mexico; Yovenber 19, to cunte Fe, New Mexico; November 20, Trinidad, Colsrudo; november 21, to Pucblo, Colorado; HWovenber 22, to Denver; November 27, to Kansus City. «.l Beaver Tolunmn 3 was to unite with Colum 2 stertine from San Praneisco. These reports state th:t on Novenber 1/ the Los Aageles delegation sturted with some trelve individuals in a Chevrolet truck. One J. C. Britton was seid to be in charge of tne delegation. Three additional delezetas were to be added at | ean Diego. Reports from Okluhone City cated November 23 state 3 a that a grouy of tacse marchers .735 to Lecve Oklahome City that = Bf nizvht, where they would be joined by three deles: tes - tvo white Ey m€a and one negro woman. These reports indieute that the Ben .: Von Huber previcucly mentioned is 2 Russian Pole who was once a deported from the United States. According to Inmigration Bs Ofti cials, Von Huber was in June, 1932, given u hearing under the 3 Inaigration Laws, nd is undér orders to be deported fron the ‘* United States or slloved to make voluntary deaarture.
