The Daily Tarheel, student newspaper of the_ University of North Carolina (UNC) at Chapel Hill, in, “its issue of November 8, 1970, contained an article under the caption, "Revolutionaries Meet Monday," which article sets forth that an organizational meeting to interest students and Chapel Hill residents in attending the Revolutionary People's Constitutional Convention will be held at 9:00 PM, ° Monday in room 202 of the Carolina Union, The article states the meeting is sponsored by the Radical Coalition which js composed of the New University Conference, Students for a Democratic Society and the young Socialist Alliance, with the meeting called by JO LER, a@ former graduate student of UNC. Characterizations of the BPP, Students for a Democratic Society and Young Socialist Alliance are attached as an appendices to this memorandum. THIS DOCUMENT CONTAINS NEITHER RECOMMENDATIONS NOR CONCLUSIONS OF THE FBI.
