The June 27, 1970, issue, Page 4, contained an article oe under the caption "Black Man Railroaded to Gas Chamber -~- Winston- a ralem, North Carolina", by LARRY LITTLE which sets forth that Se points 8 and 9 of the BPP platform and program were violated at Vinston-Salem, North Carolina, in connection with the sentencing
