One of these waS a two-page document on BPP status captioned, “Report of a Activities to Date," attributed to "Deputy Minister’ of -|- Education, BOB COLLIER. " In this document under the subcaption 1/5/69 through 1/15/69, COLLIER related how he sent "Lieutenant AVENT" to North Carolina to organize the A&T campus. He claimed that AVENT';was successful in the request 1 tf for the readmission of "Brother-PASHA" to A&T.
