APH JAMES BLACKMON who works with his father, noticed JAMES /MICHABDSRLACK, Negro male, age 31, and JAMES EDWARD restaurant delivery truck. OTIS JAMES BLACKMON ordered them to leave and an argument ensued between PRATHER and BLACKMON. Conflicting stories were furnished egarding the argument with BLACKMON stating PRATHER called him an obscene name.
