The above headquarters is located in a two story frame house situated in a predominantly black residential neighborhood. The house was purchgsed under a lease-purchase agreement in the name of HAZEL LEE MACK and LEE FAYE MACK with an initial down payment of $500 and monthly rent of $100 per month to be applied to the purchase price of the house at the end of 5 years.
