RE: BLACK PANTHER PARTY On October 14, 1970, an Agent of the Federal Bureau of estigation reviewed the voice on the tape at the switchboard, High Point, and the following conversation was noted: "Please sir, I know for a fact someone has set a bomb at Adams-Millis. My brother is with the Black Power people. I don't know — I don't want anything to hanpen to those people. Please call the volice."
