I took Mr. MeKianey directly ro his caseworker, After she called Baldwir ke told ber to send Mr. McKinney back down to the Realty Office. By the time we got there Baldwin had run off from the office and a racist Cog named Foust pat us through the same c.anges about no “established credit’. Mr. McKinney is 57 years old.
