POLICIES
On August 20, 1970, Fire Chief PAUL CRIM, Winston-
Salem, North Carolina, advised that early that morning the
Police Department Mobile Precinct Trailer located at 1400
Oak Street in the Model Cities area had had a windowglass
broken and flammable liquid poured into the trailer. This
liquid was ignited and resulted in extensive damage to the
trailer,
