The only times this term has been used have been in connection with the activities of LEE FAY MACK, nee MC DONALD, LEE MC DONALD MACK and LEE FAY MACK are identical, it being noted that under NCDMV regulations a marr female's maiden name is used on her drivers license as her middle name and a drivers license would have been necessary in the event LEE FAY MACK rented a car, as indicated, on 9/4/70. Investigatio has also determined that she is connected with the winston-Salem Model Neighborhood Committee, which is connected with the Model Cities Program of the U. S. Dept. of Housing and Urban Developmen {HUD). LEE FAY MACK has been identified as a member of the - National Committee to Combat Fascism (NCCF), a BPP affiliate at Winston-Salem, N.
