They started following a vehicle occupied by four white teenagers at speeds as high as SO miles per hour approximately six feet from the bumper of the white teenagers‘ automobile. The white teenagers’ automobile stalled and its occupants ran into the yard of a house on Bellhaven Boulevard, at which time the group in the panel truck fired six shots at them without any known provocation. The panel truck continued on down Bellhaven Boulevard for approximately one~half mile, at which time it was wrecked and the occupants ran into the nearby woods.
